Assam continues to apprehend illegal Bangladeshi infiltrators, four people pushed back
Assam has intensified efforts to detect and repatriate illegal Bangladeshi immigrants. Since January, 54 illegal immigrants have been detected, with 45 pushed back. The state government has directed police to conduct enumeration and collect biometrics of suspected individuals, enhancing border security measures and community awareness programs.
