Toledo seeks grant that would invest millions in Vistula neighborhood
In an effort to secure a multi-million dollar federal grant for the Historic Vistula District, Toledo City Council will vote Wednesday on spending $150,000 to hire a consultant to help with its application for a Choice Neighborhood grant.
