Strictly pro wades into fix row and savages star’s dance as ‘dull’ – saying the judges got high scores WRONG
EX-STRICTLY pro Brendan Cole has waded into a fix row on the BBC competition and savaged another couple’s dance on Saturday night.
The show pro said the judges’ scores were way over the top for one pair as he delivered his own scathing verdict.

Asked why pop star JB Gill and pro dancer Amy Dowden topped the leader board with a score of 31 points, he said: ” I have no idea. It was dull.
“But it was nice. It had nothing in it that excites me.
“Waltz is easy when it’s done small, and you have nice footwork. It was pretty but that was not a waltz for me.
“A waltz is a beauty – it’s sweeping and swaying across the floor.
“You swing into this, melt into that, you throw hair and it’s just much more than what that was. I have no idea what they’re [the judges] talking about.”
Brendan had more feedback about Love Islander Tasha Ghouri and returning pro Aljaž Škorjanec.
They have become embroiled in a row over her previous dance experience giving her a possible advantage.
Speaking to Sky Vegas, Brendan admitted: “She is very good. She’s extraordinary, fantastic and she looks great.
“She kept great technique, and they look beautiful together.
“She’s very likeable and seems very sweet, which goes a long way in this competition.
“I would imagine that they are front runners and there are some really good couples. She’s going to be very good.”
The Sun reported in 2019 how Brendan was axed from Strictly after waltzing with Camilla Parker-Bowles at Buckingham Palace.
BBC chiefs and show judges were raging after Brendan ignored a briefing and asked the Duchess to dance on a festive special.
It was also reported Brendan didn’t get on with Shirley because she got the job of head judge and he didn’t.
