Albany man pleads guilty to 2023 bank robbery
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Albany County District Attorney's Office announced that Leonard Price, 60, of Albany, pleaded guilty on Friday to third-degree robbery. Price's trial was scheduled to begin on September 30.
The initial indictment alleged that on July 26, 2023, Price stole cash from Broadview Federal Credit Union on State Street in Albany after threatening an employee with a gun. No one was injured during the incident.
Price was originally charged with first-degree robbery. His sentencing is set for November 22.
