One dead in Riley County motorcycle crash

MANHATTAN (KSNT) — One person is dead and one person is hurt in a motorcycle crash in Riley County late Friday night.

According to the Riley County Police Department, one person was pronounced dead in a single-vehicle accident on Tuttle Creek Boulevard near Allen Road. The other person was taken to Via Christi for treatment of life-threatening injuries.

The RCPD says this is an ongoing investigation, and more details will be released when available. Northbound traffic on Tuttle Creek Boulevard is shut down as of 10:55 p.m. Friday.
