Man says woman intentionally sprayed him with water gun in Ontario neighbourhood where he's faced harassment

As two people in an assault case face court processes over a water-gun incident in Simcoe, Ont., one says he was intentionally sprayed after years of racially fuelled harassment by a group of neighbours, while the other says it was nothing but an accident.
