Trump blames Kamala Harris after moving rally from outdoor 'field' to 'a small arena'
Donald Trump Saturday moved his rally from a large outdoor field to, in his words, "a small arena," and then blamed Vice President Kamala Harris for the change.
Trump spoke at an indoor rally in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, where at one point he called Harris "a mentally disabled person."
The former president had originally slated a rally at a Wisconsin airport on Saturday, but those plans were tossed out when the Secret Service stated it did not have the manpower on the same weekend that foreign dignitaries were flooding New York City for the annual meeting of the United Nations General Assembly.

But Trump didn't blame the Secret Service or even the U.N. Instead, he took to Truth Social to lob an allegation at Harris.
"Kamala wouldn’t allow for protection to take care of this crowd," Trump claimed on Saturday. "So rather than having 50,000 in a field, we’re using a small arena—but she is not going to stop us, and everyone knows, she doesn’t have what it takes!"
