Wanted gangster arrested after encounter in UP's Jaunpur
An inter-district criminal, Asif, was injured and arrested in a police encounter in Jaunpur. The police recovered a pistol, cartridges, motorcycle, and cash from him. Asif is wanted under the Gangster Act and has 14 criminal cases against him in Jaunpur and Azamgarh districts. Further legal action is being taken.
