Etihad Airways ordered to pay Rs 75,000 for delayed baggage return
A Delhi consumer court ordered Etihad Airways to pay Rs 75,000 for misplacing Asha Devi's check-in baggage and returning it after several days. The court cited deficiency in service by the airline. Although Devi claimed valuable items were missing, her failure to declare them at the airport made her claims invalid. The airline maintained her allegations were fabricated.
