Karnataka HC says cab drivers are company employees, fines Ola Rs 5.5 lakh under PoSh

The Karnataka High Court has decreed that Ola drivers are employees under the PoSH Act 2013. Consequently, Ola has been ordered to compensate a woman for not addressing her sexual harassment complaint, and the company's Internal Complaint Committee must investigate the matter. The Karnataka State Transport Authority was also fined for negligence.
