Govt sets up commission for probe into shooting of Badlapur sexual assault accused

The Maharashtra government has set up a Commission of Inquiry to probe the police shooting of Akshay Shinde. Shinde was accused of sexually assaulting two girls at a Badlapur school and was killed in an alleged shoot-out on September 23. The commission will investigate the sequence of events and suggest measures to prevent such incidents.
