The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has challenged the main opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) to substantiate its allegations of a bloated voters rsquo; register, claiming the latter failed to present any evidence during an Inter-Party Advisory Committee (IPAC) meeting on Tuesday, 1 October 2024.
