DA: Suspect arrested in alleged Stockbridge hit-and-run

STOCKBRIDGE, Mass. (NEWS10) -- According to the Berkshire County District Attorney's Office, a suspect was arrested in the alleged September 28 fatal hit-and-run in Stockbridge. Samantha Paige, 36, of West Stockbridge was charged with leaving the scene of personal injury resulting in death.

The DA's office says the alleged hit-and-run resulted in 72-year-old Franklin Ripley's death. According to law enforcement, Paige is being held without the right to bail for a probation warrant issued by Central Berkshire District Court on an unrelated case.
