Former CAO's lawsuit alleges he was bullied, harassed by western Manitoba municipality's reeve

A former chief administrative officer in western Manitoba is suing the rural municipality he worked for, alleging he was forced to resign after "humiliating, high-handed and embarrassing treatment" by the current reeve.
