Storm makes landfall in southwestern Taiwan with strong winds and torrential rain

A power typhoon has made landfall in southwestern Taiwan. The typhoon is packing winds of up to 126 kilometres per hour and heavy rain. At least two deaths have been linked to the severe weather. And people are being told to stay indoors and take cover. Radio-Canada's Asia correspondent Philippe Leblanc reports from Taipei.
