Moment cabinet transforms into colossal 165-inch TV as it automatically UNFOLDS – but the price is jaw-dropping
TELLY fans can finally bring the cinema to their living room with an obscenely large TV that unfolds before their eyes.
But be prepared to pay an eye-watering hefty price for the privilege.
C SEED’s N1 TV is a super luxury model that starts as an unassuming cabinet.
However, at the click of a button, it magically raises 90 degrees and twists.
Five MicroLED panels then unfold to form a colossal TV screen perfect for a big movie or watching the footy like never before.
Or as C SEED puts it, the TV unfolds “like the petals of a blooming flower”.
It takes 45 seconds to unravel which is considerably slower than your average on/off remote button.
There are three huge sizes available, starting from 103 inches, a middle option at 137 inches, as well as an all-mighty 165-inch model.
You can even rotate the screen up to 180 degrees to get the perfect viewing angle from different areas of the room.
“It’s more than just a piece of technology; it’s a statement of your refined taste and a testament to the beautiful moments you’ll share,” C SEED says.
But prepare your wallets as the price tag for this big beast might shock you.
The biggest 165-inch screen costs a whooping $389k / £295k – enough to buy a property in some parts of the UK.
You’ll have to shell out $283k / £214k for the 137-inch version and $236k / £179k for the 103-inch one.
C SEED was founded in 2009 and has only sold around 200 units – each one of them custom-built.
But why is it so expensive?

This big beast goes way beyond luxury – it’s totally unaffordable to just about everyone.
And that’s kind of the idea, create something so unachievable that only the super wealthy can afford and show off. Though I doubt most mega-rich people even watch TV…
It’s also not worth it for this price, no matter how much you talk it up.
You could buy a two-bedroom house with this sort of money in some parts of the UK.
165 inches is also obscenely large and would stick out like a rather massive sore thumb.
