Tour De Bronx: Thousands of cyclists embark on 30th annual ride
BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) – Thousands of cyclists took off Sunday morning in the Tour De Bronx, a journey through the borough for bike enthusiasts of all skill levels.
The cyclists started their rides at 10 a.m., embarking on 10-, 25- and 40-mile journeys around the borough.
The riders pass through South Bronx, Wakefield, Riverdale, Orchard Beach and waterfront parks. All the routes end at the New York Botanical Garden, where there will be a celebration with a concert and raffle.
