House damaged from alleged DWI crash in Rensselaerville
RENSSELAERVILLE, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- A house in Rensselaerville was damaged on Saturday after a car crashed into the side of the home. According to the Albany County Sheriff's Office, Cassandra Wilkinson, 33, of Schoharie, was charged with felony driving while intoxicated.
Deputies said the crash happened around 1:15 p.m. on Saturday, and they identified Wilkinson as the driver. Deputies added that Wilkinson failed a roadside sobriety test after she showed signs of intoxication.
Deputies said Wilkinson refused a chemical test to determine her blood alcohol content. She is scheduled for an arraignment at Rensselaerville Court at a later date.
