Fashion accounts for nearly 40% of newly rented retail space in Europe in H1

According to Cushman & Wakefield’s H1 report on 900 new deals, rental activity for commercial real estate was stable in Europe. Calzedonia, JD Sports and Inditex were among the most active groups in the fashion sector.
