Main accused behind ‘age-reversing’ fraud surrenders in Kanpur

Rajesh Dubey, who ran an 'age-reversing' scam using a fake 'Israel-made time machine', surrendered to Kanpur police on Monday. Dubey and his wife scammed elderly people out of Rs 35 crore. Several victims suffered burns during 'oxygen therapy' sessions. Dubey attracted victims via network marketing and promised various incentives to those who brought in new clients.
