My premium Kindle is the perfect notetaker – I’m shocked by its price this Prime Day
PRIME DAY is here, and I can’t believe the deal on the premium Kindle.
Right now, you can grab the Kindle Scribe with a massive 26% off, bringing it down to just £279.99.
Kindle Scribe, £279.99 (was £379.99)
The Kindle Scribe is the biggest in Amazon’s e-reader lineup, usually priced at just under £380.
I actually own this premium Kindle, but I’ll be honest, I wouldn’t shell out nearly £400 for it. That’s why this Prime Day deal has surprised me.
Amazon has knocked a massive £100 off, bringing it down to just £279.99, the lowest I’ve ever seen.
I tested the e-reader in my Kindle Scribe review earlier this year, and let me tell you, it’s one of Amazon’s most versatile devices.
With a generous 10.2-inch screen, the largest of any Kindle, it’s perfect for reading.
It also has the longest battery life of any Kindle, up to 12 weeks if you’re using it for about 30 minutes a day.
In reality, I get more than four weeks out of the Scribe when using it for work.
But what really sold me is its note-taking abilities. That’s where I get the most value out of it.
The E-ink display feels surprisingly close to writing on real paper and is incredibly responsive.
I know, replacing pen and paper with a gadget seems a bit indulgent, but honestly, it’s made my life easier.
I love having all my notes, scribbles, and documents in one lightweight device that I can tweak on the go.
But is it worth the full price? For me, not quite. And with Amazon running device sales at least twice a year, there’s really no reason to pay full price.
