SPFL turnover rises to record £44.3m
October 7 – The Scottish Professional Football League (SPFL) has reported a significant financial boost, with its 2023/24 turnover rising by £2.4 million (6%) to reach a record £44.3 million.
This marks a continued upward trend from previsou season’s record high of £41.9 million, showcasing the league’s growing commercial strength.
The increase in revenue has been largely driven by the SPFL’s new broadcasting deal with Sky Sports, alongside growth from other domestic and international broadcasting agreements.
