Election 2024: These are your Portland City Council candidates for District 4
PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — With more than 100 candidates running for Portland City Council, the city is facing one of the busiest election years in recent memory.
In November of 2022, 56.7% of Portland voters agreed to reform the city’s charter and transition from a commissioner-run government to a collection of four districts, each represented by a group of three council members. A new mayor and an appointed city manager will oversee the 12 city councilors.
To give voters a better understanding of who they’re voting for, KOIN 6 sent an identical questionnaire to every candidate running for Portland City Council in 2024. These are the responses received from District 4 candidates.

KOIN 6 News has reached out to all candidates; however, some have not replied by the deadline. We will continue to update as we receive questionnaires.
