1.48% Jammu and Kashmir voters opt for NOTA against 0.38% in Haryana

Recent Election Commission data shows more voters in Jammu and Kashmir used the NOTA button than in Haryana. In Haryana assembly elections, 0.38 percent opted for NOTA, while in Jammu and Kashmir, it was 1.48 percent.
