CELEBRITY makeup artist Lou Teasdale revealed her ideal man would have a “dad bod” just three months before dating footballer Andy Carroll.
Lou, 40, branded two of her gym-obsessed exes “narcissists” in a podcast appearance this summer and said she wanted a very different type of man next time around.
Speaking to Getting Lippy sponsored by Slingo, she said: “Two of my boyfriends that have been obsessed with the gym are narcissists and I think that’s a direct correlation.
“So I’d rather have a man like a dad bod. Give me a dad bod that isn’t in that thing.”
Discussing the prospect of being on Married At First Sight and partnered with a mystery man, Lou said: “I wouldn’t want someone younger either. I’d want an adult man.”
Prior to finding Andy, Lou said she was on elite dating app Raya and also dabbled on Hinge.
Though she grew frustrated with Raya because she was constantly getting paired with men living in the US and Australia.
Now the dating apps can finally be deleted from her phone given she’s dating professional footballer Carroll.
The pair were pictured together for the first time yesterday as they grabbed a coffee and a bite to eat from a Costa in London.
Ex-Liverpool and Newcastle United ace Andy, 35, confirmed in a statement to last week’s Sun on Sunday that he had split from wife Billi Mucklow, 36, earlier this year.
It later emerged he has been on a string of dates with Lou, 40, formerly a stylist for pop star Harry Styles and the rest of One Direction.
She is said to have visited Andy in France, where he is currently playing for fourth division side Bordeaux.
He bagged both goals in his side’s 2-1 win away at Olympique Saumur on Saturday.
And he was then pictured 650 miles away from Bordeaux with Lou in London yesterday.
An onlooker said: “They seemed happy together and Andy had a smile on his face.”
Geordie Andy and Towie star Billi — who have three kids — secretly split in July after a turbulent two-year marriage.
She is reported to have felt “blindsided” by him dating Lou so soon after their separation.
Andy, who has two more kids from a previous relationship, was with Billi for 11 years.
However, their wedding in 2022 was nearly called off after a picture emerged of him drunkenly passed out in bed with two women in Dubai on his stag do.
Billi forgave him after one of the women insisted nothing sexual happened.
The veteran striker, who once earned a rumoured £80,000-a-week, is on less than £3,000 at Bordeaux and says it costs him money to play there.
