Govt to set up 10 new ESIC medical colleges

The government plans to establish 10 new ESIC medical colleges and extend the unemployment allowance scheme under Atal Beemit Vyakti Kalyan Yojana until June 2026. Additionally, ESIC beneficiaries will receive medical care under the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Aarogya Yojana with no expenditure limit in empanelled hospitals.
