Toyah Battersby made homeless while fighting cancer as Leanne takes revenge in Coronation Street
LEANNE Battersby gets her revenge on her sister Toyah after being made homeless next week on Coronation Street.
Upcoming scenes will see Nick (Ben Price) tell his brother David Platt (Jack P. Shepherd) that he received a call from the police about cult leader Rowan Cunliffe (Emrhys Cooper).
They inform him that Rowan is pleading not guilty to blackmail and fraud, so it will have to go to trial.
When Nick’s son Sam Robertson (Jude Riordan) sees Nick flirting with a customer, he interferes and tells the customer Nick is engaged.
Later, Sam prepares a romantic meal at the flat to try and get Leanne (Jane Danson) and Nick back together.
But, disaster strikes when he uses a sharp knife to try and open some oysters.
Sam calls on Asha Alahan (Tanisha Gorey) at No.7 and shows her a gash he’s made in his hand.
Asha takes a woozy Sam to hospital to have stitches.
How will Nick and Leanne react when they discover his plans to get them together have resulted in him being injured?
Leanne tells Toyah (Georgia Taylor) that both of them should move out of the flat to help Nick and Sam.
She tells Toyah she has rented the salon flat, but Toyah should find her own place.
As Toyah is made homeless, who can she turn to?
ITV viewers know that Leanne found out about her sister’s affair with her fiancé Nick.
Despite planning her wedding, Leanne was very preoccupied with Rowan and The Institute.
She continued to work for him – despite Nick and Toyah’s concerns.

CORONATION STREET
Shelley/Peter/Lucy: Peter Barlow took the concept of a love triangle and ran with it in Coronation Street – extending it to bigamy.
He was in a relationship with Shelley Unwin but started dating Lucy Richards, and quickly married her after she fell pregnant with his son, Simon.
But it didn’t stop him also marrying Shelley, but he was eventually caught when Lucy turned up in Weatherfield and the two women confronted him.
Ken/Deidre/Mike: Back in 1982, Deirdre Barlow started sleeping with her husband’s nemesis Mike Baldwin in secret, before confessing all a year later.
When Mike turned up at the marital home, Deirdre was being throttled by her husband who then kicked her out, but years later they reconciled.
Maria/Aidan/Eva: In 2017, Aidan Connor started sleeping with girlfriend Eva Price’s best friend, Maria Connor.
Eva eventually found out and she decided to take revenge by faking a pregnancy, spending his money and planned to confront him on their wedding day.
But she had a change of heart when a remorseful Aidan confessed, and decided to marry him anyway, only for Maria to arrive and expose her fake pregnancy.
EMMERDALE
Ross/Debbie/Pete: Debbie Dingle found herself torn between two brothers, Ross and Pete Barton in 2015 in Emmerdale.
She eventually decided to marry Pete but yet again, a soap wedding day was ruined when the groom learned of his bride’s betrayal via a recording played at the wedding.
Chrissie/Robert/Aaron: Robert Sugden was married to Chrissie White and all seemed well – until he began a steamy affair with Aaron Dingle.
Robert’s ex Katie Sugden almost exposed the affair – but fell to her death before she had the chance.
However, a guilty Aaron eventually cracked and told Chrissie about the affair – after which she announced it to the whole pub.
While Nick was growing apart from Leanne, he grew closer to Toyah.
Nick support Toyah through her cancer treatment.
Soon, Nick admitted he had fallen in love with her, and the pair had an affair.
But when Leanne went through Rowan’s laptop, she found photos of them kissing them and demanded answers.
Nick confessed to falling for Toyah, leaving Leanne heartbroken.
However, Toyah told Nick they can’t be together as she chose Leanne over him.
Can Sam get the family back together? Or has too much damage been done?
