Victory is worth £300,000 and the prestigious race was won by Derby hero City Of Troy last year.
In fact it’s roll of honour is a who’s who of top talent, with 2000 Guineas winner Chaldean claiming it in 2022 and three-time Group 1 winner Native Trail victorious before that.
Other names to have bagged it include St Mark’s Basilica, Pinatubo and Too Darn Hot.
Aidan O’Brien’s The Lion In Winter is the 5-4 market leader with Charlie Appleby’s Godolphin duo Shadow Of Light and Ancient Truth 11-4 and 10-3 respectively.
Seagulls Eleven, who is due to be ridden by three-time champion Flat jockey Oisin Murphy, is as short as 8-1.
He is the only horse of eight entered in the race not owned by Godolphin or Coolmore.
Milner and Danny Welbeck are part of the horse’s ownership group and they have so far won more than £60,000 from his exploits on the track.
Victory on Saturday would see their earnings skyrocket.
Former Liverpool star Milner, who is second for most Premier League appearances with 637. was part of another group of players to own a successful racehorse.
He, along with Jordan Henderson, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Andy Robertson and Adam Lallana all had shares in Mr McCann.
He, like Seagulls Eleven, is housed at former Liverpool hero Michael Owen’s Manor House Stables.
