‘She wanted to punch him’ say MAFS fans as groom is called out by wife’s best friend over his cruel comment on honeymoon
AFTER a tense exchange with his bride on their honeymoon, MAFS star Caspar faced more of the same when he finally met her friends in an episode that aired last night.
When Emma told her pals Caspar admitted he was not attracted to her after the wedding, they were left in complete shock.
But they only became more horrified when they found out the wording he had used to convey that sentiment.
After some questioning from Emma’s friends, Caspar confessed to telling her, “I’ve rarely gone for the curvier person.”
Recounting her memories of that night on the honeymoon, Emma shared: “I thought I was calm, collected, mature.
“Then I woke up the next morning and I just thought of you girls.”
Her voice broke and she began to cry as she added: “Of you listening to a boy say that. And I got really angry and I just needed to say no, that was poor delivery. You can’t say that.
“I thought, I wouldn’t have a husband say that to any of my f*cking friends. So I just said my piece.”
As the bride broke down, her friend Heidi could be seen looking more and more irate.
During a piece to camera, the woman admitted: “I want to swear but I won’t.”
Turning to Caspar, Heidi asked: “Is it something that can be worked through? Realistically?
“The attraction isn’t there. Is it quite a dealbreaker?”
Although she didn’t loose her cool during the interaction with the groom, viewers rushed to social media to point out that her face looked like thunder while hearing the story of how Emma had been spoken to.
One person exclaimed: “Heidi wants to punch Caspar in his neck and rightly so!”
Another agreed: “Emma’s friend Heidi looked like she was gonna punch Caspar.”
A third chimed in: “Heidi has absolutely called Caspar perfectly, he didn’t immediately fancy Emma so he didn’t even try getting to know her.”
Since MAFS UK started airing, Caspar has joked that he is the “most hated” person in the UK because of his comments on Emma’s weight.
