Ohio to ask voters to renew and expand state borrowing for local projects
COLUMBUS — If a pair of state lawmakers get their way, Ohioans will renew and then increase the price tag of a program to send $2.5 billion over 10 years to local governments for road, bridge, water, sewer, and other public works projects.
