New Delhi: Indian Cricket Team’s all-rounder Nitish Kumar Reddy and batter Rinku Singh smashed three sixes in the second over of the spell bowled by Bangladesh’s Rishad Hossain. The second T20I match of the series is being played at Arun Jaitley Stadium, Delhi (9th October).

The sixes which we are talking about came in the 10th over while India was batting. Rishad Hossain geared up to bowl the over and was greeted by Rinku Singh with a boundary. Rinku Singh turned the strike over to Nitish Kumar Reddy, who took full charge of the bowler. He smashed back-to-back sixes, getting to his first half-century in the process. After that, Nitish took a single off the next delivery of the over, with Rinku Singh taking the bowl off with a maximum.

Rishad Hossain was smashed for 24 runs in the over. The over also saw the hosts go past the 100-run mark.

India has a 1-0 series lead after winning the first of the three matches in the series. The hosts have a record of beating Bangladesh on 14 out of 15 occasions, with the loss against them coming at the same venue.
