German journalist arrested in Beirut after interview with Israeli TV network

Paul Ronzheimer, who serves as the Deputy Editor-in-Chief for the German Bild newspaper, was detained, interrogated and held overnight in the Lebanese capital after he gave a brief interview to the Israeli Kan news channel. He was released after efforts by the German embassy in Lebanon
