Looks like the sun will come out so we will have a race!

FGrom year to year this race changes its course. It can be staged all over Piedmont. Usually it is kind of a sprinter race but that can change. This year looks sprinty, probably:

That’s a long pointy thing hill in the middle there but not very steep. Nor are the last two climbs something to write home about. Good chance a few sprinters will make it over and conytest the win. Who are the sprinters? Pavel Bittner for one. Marijn van den Berg. Max Kanter and Cees Bol from Astana. Oh look! There’s Kaden Groves! Michael Matthews too!

But it is possible that the sprinters won’t last and the other giuys, Hirschi and Bardet and riders of that ilk will contest the win. At any rate they will be around the finale hoping to crush those. sprinter types. I can’t imagine a solo win so a sprint wil happen, large or small.

Jens thinks Matteo Trentin will win it but we know what that means for poor Matteo. I think Bling.
