NHRC notice to Delhi govt, city police chief over boy's death after falling in drain

The NHRC has issued notices to Delhi's government and civic authorities after a five-year-old died falling into an open drain, the fifth such incident recently. Suo motu cognisance was taken, seeking detailed reports on FIR statuses, responsible officials' action, and preventive measures within four weeks.
