Man pleads guilty to delivering meth to Saratoga Springs
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- According to the United States Attorney's Office, a Guatemalan man pleaded guilty to conspiring to distribute and possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine. Nelson Moran, 31, will be sentenced on February 11, 2025.
With this plea, Moran admitted to agreeing to deliver a package of meth in exchange for $13,700. The U.S. Attorney's Office says Moran also admitted to delivering the package in Saratoga Springs and trying to collect the money before being arrested.
According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, the package of meth weighed about 200 grams. Moran faces up to 20 years in prison, a fine of up to $1 million, and a term of supervised release between three years to life after sentencing.
