NYC Public Schools hiring for dozens of school aides citywide
NEW YORK (PIX11) – New York City Public Schools are hiring for school aide positions in elementary, middle, and high schools across the city.
Opportunities at each school can be found online by sorting the postings by newest order. Applications will remain open until Oct. 21 or Oct. 22 depending on the school.
Those wanting to apply for school aide positions should be able to maintain a good record of attendance and punctuality and should have the ability to maintain good human relations.
Aides would be expected to monitor kids, handle instructional supplies, and assist with maintaining order in the school among other responsibilities.
Employees would work a minimum of a four hours a day, five days a week.
