India, Asean back UNCLOS to resolve South China Sea disputes

India and ASEAN back the full application of the South China Sea DOC and seek an early conclusion of the COC per international law. They aim to strengthen maritime security, counter-terrorism, and other areas. PM Modi announced a 10-point plan for cooperation, celebrating a decade of Act East Policy and the 2025 ASEAN-India Year of Tourism.
