Oktopurrfest raising money for Mohawk Hudson Humane Society

TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Mohawk Hudson Humane Society celebrated its seventh annual Oktopurrfest in Troy on Thursday. People gathered at Revolution Hall for a night of fun.

Guests were treated to craft beer, music, swag and raffles. All the proceeds will help the humane society take care of the animals in the shelter.

The goal for the event was to raise over $80,000. The humane society said donations can also be made on its website.
