Kendra Wilkinson Gave Super-Rare Details About How Co-Parenting Actually Is With Ex-husband Hank Baskett
Kendra Wilkinson is no stranger to sharing details about her life with her devoted fans, and recently, she’s been showing fans what it’s like as a mom of two and co-parenting with her ex-husband Hank Baskett.
While we know she’s crazy about her kids, many have wondered: what has co-parenting with Baskett been like? Well, Wilkinson just shared all the details, and it’s sweeter than you think.
“Honestly, I couldn’t have a better co-parent,” she told Us Weekly at the Us Weekly + Pluto TV Reality Stars of the Year Party, “I couldn’t ask God for a better person in my life.”
Now, this is basically the same sentiment Wilkinson had earlier this year when she was asked by Today. She raved about Baskett as a father to their two children, and even revealed she forgave him for the 2014 cheating scandal.
“A lot of people cheat — a lot of people have affairs and it’s not a good thing to do, but it’s something I forgive,” she said. “Hank is an amazing father, an amazing co-parent, and he deserves all good things.”
For those who don’t know, Wilkinson and Baskett were married from 2009 to 2018, and welcomed two children during their marriage: Henry Randall “Hank” Baskett IV, born Dec 2009, and Alijah Mary Baskett, born in May 2014.
In a previous clip obtained by People, Wilkinson talked about this some more, saying, “Balancing work and kids is hard work but I’m 36 now, not 19 — the girl you saw dancing around on the tables — anymore. I’m not. I have a different mind frame.” She added, “I want to respect myself. I want to love myself. I want to take care of my two kids. I want to be a little bit more disciplined.
