A Rocha Ghana files injunction against Lands Minister
Conservation Society, A Rocha Ghana, has filed an interlocutory injunction application against the Minister of Lands and Natural Resources, Samuel Abu Jinapor. A Rocha Ghana rsquo;s suit is seeking an order directed at restraining the Minster of Lands and Natural Resources and the Forestry Commission from further declassifying Globally Significant Biodiversity Areas (GSBAs) as logging areas.
