Biden visits Florida as power outages, fuel shortages persist

 As Floridians continue to survey the damage from Hurricane Milton, they face continued power outages, fuel shortages and traffic jams. A visit by U.S. President Joe Biden brought the promise of additional funding to strengthen the power grid and rebuild the hardest-hit areas.
