India to focus on Global South at SCO meet

External affairs minister S Jaishankar plans to leverage the SCO meeting in Islamabad to position India as a leader of the Global South, aiming to strengthen ties with Central Asian members. India's focus will include digital infrastructure, counter-terror strategies, and inclusive connectivity, along with responding to any potential targeting by Pakistan.
