SC extends stay on defamation proceedings against Shashi Tharoor for 'scorpion' remark against PM Modi

The Supreme Court has extended its stay on defamation proceedings against Congress MP Shashi Tharoor over his 'scorpion on Shivling' remark about Prime Minister Modi. Hearing Tharoor's plea, the court has sought responses from the Delhi Police and the complainant, BJP leader Rajiv Babbar.
