The Canadian bodybuilder, 28, is the queen of the gym after winning her first Olympia title this year.

And it is clear she is a deserved winner after pictures emerged of her in her pre-bodybuilding days.

A gruelling gym regime and a diet consisting of high protein and carbohydrates have worked wonders over the years.
And she is now reaping the rewards after becoming the No1 Bikini contender on the planet.
Elsewhere, Samson Dauda was crowned Mr Olympia for the first time in his career.
He beat Hadi Choopan and Derek Lunsford to the top prize.
Chris Bumstead took home another Classic Physique award before retiring.
While Ryan Terry was the winner of the Men’s Physique competition.
