Altamira to hold new property Open Day, Live Bidding event
Following the huge success of the first Summer Open Day organised by Altamira Real Estate at the Majestic Gardens tourist apartment complex, the company is holding a new Open Day and Live Bidding event on October 25, 2024, this time at the adjacent Majestic Gardens 2 complex, with 34 ready-to-rent, studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments.
For public convenience and better service, the doors of the Majestic Gardens 2 resort will be open to the public over October 21-24, 2024, from 9am to 4pm. In this way, the Altamira Real Estate team is giving more time to interested buyers to have the chance to visit the complex in person, identify the apartment that meets their needs, make it feel like their own and own it on the spot!
Altamira Real Estate’s experienced sales team will be present throughout the week at the complex and will be at the disposal of the public to provide the necessary information and guide interested parties. All the details of Majestic Gardens 2 are already available on the company’s website, as well as the list with prices and floor plans of the properties to better inform the public.
Finally, on Friday, October 25 at 3pm, the Live Bidding event will be held and all the apartments of Majestic Gardens 2 will be available for immediate sale through the open bidding event, on site.
Important to note: the company will not be following the standard bidding process that the public is familiar with when purchasing property. To ensure their participation in the Live Bidding for apartment purchase, interested parties should register here in time on the company’s website. Participants should come to the complex on Friday, October 25 at 2.30pm to receive their unique number, after which, at 3pm, Live Bidding for the property of their interest will commence.
Bidders who will participate in the auction must submit bids in an amount higher than the reserve price of each property, while the successful bidder will be the one who submits the highest bid and pays the amount of €5,000 as a deposit, by bank cheque, for each property.
The Majestic Gardens tourist apartment complex, built in 2010, is fully operational. Both the residential units and the communal areas, the lush gardens and the pool area are in an excellent state of maintenance. The complex is located close to the centre of the community of Tersefanou and the Primary School and just 15 minutes from Larnaca International Airport and the beautiful beaches of the area.
