Urgent manhunt for escaped prisoner on the run overnight as cops release photo & warn ‘dial 999’

AN URGENT manhunt has been launched for an escaped prisoner who has gone on the run.

Billy Bird is wanted for escape from lawful custody, Kent Police said.

He has links to Faversham, Whitstable and HerneBay.

Cops told members of the public to call 999 quoting “46/176120/24” if they see him.
