We're seeing mostly clear skies this morning with temperatures in the upper 40s and lower 50s. Southerly breezes at 10-15mph have helped keep temperatures a bit warmer, but it will still feel cool with the breeze.

Expect lots of sunshine and stronger breezes for the next few days. Friday will have south wind at 15-25mph as temperatures climb a bit more. Highs should reach the middle to upper 70s not only on Friday, but throughout the weekend, as well.

These pleasant fall temperatures stick around for the next 7 days, with most days dry and sunny. We are still tracking our next rain chance to be on Monday as an upper-level disturbance moves right over us.
