Shriners' start delayed 4 hours by high winds in Vegas

The PGA Tour delayed the start of Friday's second round by four hours at the Shriners Children's Open due to high winds in Las Vegas.

The start originally was delayed two hours and practice facilities were closed due to 40-50 mph wind gusts at TPC Summerlin. An additional two-hour delay pushed the scheduled start time to 1:55 p.m. ET
