La Crosse County Board reallocates $800K in ARPA dollars for solar project, redevelopment

The La Crosse County Board approved the reallocation of over $800,000 in unspent American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) dollars to fund solar installation on the Hillview Campus and the Neighborhood Revitalization Acquisition and Demolition Grant Program.
