'Cares a lot': Hogan Gidley defends Trump gushing over 'size' of Arnold Palmer's genitals

Trump surrogate Hogan Gidley defended former President Donald Trump after he praised the golfer Arnold Palmer's genitals.

During a Sunday panel on Newsmax, liberal pundit Ellis Henican confronted Gidley after he said that the American people did not care about the various court cases against Trump.

"What a funny argument to make, my goodness," Henican told Gidley. "This is the guy who last night was talking about, and I'm going to say this very, very delicately because I don't think it's one of the things Americans care about, Arnold Palmer's penis size."

"So you know what, let's debate what American people care about, quit this old geezer talk of a guy who's obviously losing, it needs to be hidden, needs to be hustled off the stage," he added. "But do not talk to me about somebody getting weird on us because, my God, I'll bet both of you guys saw that thing last night."

"It was, it had to make Americans uncomfortable to listen to that man talk like that... It reflected very, very poorly on the candidate you guys have been trying to defend."

The Newsmax host reminded Henican that he was on a morning show. But Gidley offered a defense of the former president.

"I'm sure the golf community cares a lot about that topic," Gidley insisted.

"Get us more Arnold Palmer!" Henican exclaimed as the segment ended. "Hole in one! Hole in one!"
